This has been such a hard time for so many people. So many people have been effected in so many ways. I found myself lost without my day to day job. I am am still working, but so much of my self-worth is tied into the youth I work with on a day to day basis; it’s not something that really can be done effectively online. Others have been hit much harder by layoffs and actually getting sick with the disease. One of my favorite professors died of it early on in April.
Now’s not the time to give up on the reasons we’re social distancing in the first place.
